Information we collect
We collect the details you provide via our enquiry forms — name, mobile number, email, city, income and preferred loan type. Additional information about your browser, device and pages visited is collected automatically via cookies.
How we use it
Your details are shared only with the lender(s) you consent to, so they can process your loan enquiry. We do not sell, rent or trade your data.
Data retention
Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months for compliance and audit purposes, after which they are permanently deleted.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by writing to hello@credlinq.in. We will respond within 30 days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access to personally identifiable information is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.
